PULSO brings together tattoo artists for an open competition. It's a place for local artists to share the floor with visiting talent, show their work, meet new people, and connect through tattooing.
Beyond the competition, PULSO hopes to give visiting artists a reason to experience Marinduque—from its local businesses and communities to the places that make the island worth exploring.

PULSO invites interested tattoo models to be part of the Marinduque Tattoo Competition on December 5, 2026.
Registration is handled through the official PULSO Tattoo Models form. Participation is subject to organizer confirmation.
